Brown Sugar Brownies

I had fun joining in on this monthly recipe swap last year so I was happy to find that "I Have to Say" brought it back. And with the theme this month being anything we wanted, I'm sharing a super easy yet yummy recipe for a brownie that delivers the yum factor without the normal chocolate bite. This is very good with a Carmel sauce drizzle over it, warm from the oven.

Brown Sugar Brownies

1 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 oz. (2 squares) unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 8x8x2 in. pan. In a large bowl beat sugar and butter till fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in chocolate, then flour. Stir in nuts. Pour into pan. Bake for 25-30 min. Cool and cut. Enjoy!
