A Cozy Day

I'm enjoying a cozy day here in the Ozarks thanks to the weather, too bad for me to leave this morning, ice with a dusting of snow on top, but I didn't mind, I haven't had a day at home since Thanksgiving and that didn't count, I was too busy cleaning and cooking to enjoy it! But today makes up for it, with Christmas music playing, Chai tea cookies baking, I'm wrapping gifts while blogs load. It doesn't get much better than this! Those cookies smell WONDERFUL!

With 19 entries in for the Holiday Hot Cocoa your odds were a little better than past giveaways, so I numbered them and drew out #3, which belongs to Carolyn AKA Harbor Hon! Congrats Carolyn, always nice when a regular wins, send me your mailing addy so I can get some yummy hot cocoa off to you! Speaking of followers, my next giveaway is just for you, so read on.....

My next giveaway will be a followers giveaway, meant just for my followers, a little way to thank you for being loyal fans! lol All you have to do is a leave comment on why you became a follower and your in! Now, if your not a follower, you can be, just get added to the 44 today and your name goes in for the drawing too.
The prize will be a surprise and you have till the 20th to sign up!

Congrats again to Carolyn and good luck to my followers. Grab a cup of coffee, curl up by the fire and find yourself a good book, relax and enjoy this cozy day with me!

  1. Hi I just found you through another blog (can't remember) that I found through Jacquie's. How's that for clarity =) I just saw that you mentioned living in the Ozarks, I do to. That's great. Beautiful weather we're having huh?

    Have a Blessed evening,
    Dawn
PS I tried to add to followers but blogger wouldn't let me so I'll try again later.

  3. Hi, Sue!
I think I'll get in this drawing since I am one of your faithful followers (and a long time one, before blogger had "followers"). I think we might have met over at MJF, but anyway we both share a love for "all things herbal" and country life!!! so we've been visiting each other's blogs since:)
Thanks so much for the giveaway fun!:)

  5. Congratulations to Carolyn!!

Sue, I only became an 'official' follower yesterday~and didn't even realize you were having this gieveaway!

But, as you know, I've been a follower for a while. Why? Your blog is fun, inspirational, and has a very warm, homey, country feel to it. I was very new to blogging when I met you and you made me feel welcome from the start. Thanks for being such a great friend.

    Sue,

I was first "introduced" to you through Tina's Small Town Living magazine. I enjoyed your herbal articles so much, so I came over to see what your blog was like. I just signed up as an "official" follower yesterday, but I have been coming here to visit unofficially for several months now. I have not been disappointed. :-) I'm also an herb-lover so I enjoy your Herbal Farmstead blog too.

  7. In fact, right now, yours is the only blog I follow. I find your words encouraging; and I enjoy how pretty it is.

Most of all, you're my friend.
