Tasty Tuesday

Thank you all for the prayers and concern over my husband being laid off, one blogger put it so right, time for the survival skills to kick in! We are now just waiting for the first unemployment check to come in, hubby is applying everywhere he's skilled but in a small town, that isn't much but were hopeful!
In times like this, I'm grateful I'm thrifty, Valentines Day will be all homemade this year, using up the baking supplies leftover from Christmas. These cookies above are so simple, not sure what they are called though? I've been making them for years and they adapt well for the holiday needed, just change out the sprinkles! All you need is:
Ritz crackers
Peanut Butter
Dipping chocolate
Sprinkles
Just place peanut butter between 2 Ritz crackers and dip in dipping chocolate or chocolate almond bark, allow to cool on wax paper but sprinkle with sprinkles before they totally cool. Wrap in pretty container or bag and treat your loved one to one of the best cookies around!! Easy, yummy and fun to put together, esp for the kids! Enjoy!
