I'm so grateful that I'm patient! I've had my eye on a black bakers rack at Walmart for over a month, never intended to have another one but this one was just perfect for my kitchen but my budget didn't allow the $97 price tag, so I forgot about it. Then, one day I happened to stroll by the baker's rack and it was marked half off, but I still couldn't afford the $49 price tag, so I moved on.....
And guess what? A week later it was marked down to $30! Only one left, it came home with me! So, I've spent the last couple of days begging hubby to put it together for me and making room for it. What do you think? I like the little change, don't you? Now, if you remember from last year, I got my black hutch for $40 marked down from $150, so it does pay to be patient, it's hard to do sometimes, but it does pays off. I'm still tweaking and finding treasures but that's the fun of it, right! I love to change up the decor esp. for the seasons, and I'm holding myself back from digging out the fall goodies, but I'll be patient! lol

ReplyDeleteIt was so cool recently that I had an overwheming desire to pull out the fall things...but this weekend the heat returned! I guess i will wait a little bit but oh! I can not wait for Fall and decorating FOR it!

Oh My goodness Sue - you are patient! I'd never be able to wait for my hubby to put it together!! I'd have that thing out of the box and on the floor in minutes! LOL
