May's cupcake challenge is simple and sweet and oh so cute, perfect for a May birthday! A white cake mix and vanilla cream frosting makes a yummy canvas for these flower cuppies made from marshmallows. Bake your cupcakes as directed, frost. Cut marshmallows in slices to form petals of a flower, sprinkle with sprinkles of your choice and there you have a bouquet of sweet flowers to treat your guests into thinking you are a master with a mix!
