As you can see, I'm very grateful for the drop in gas prices, this is what I paid for it today and even got change back! Needless to say, I was thrilled! The smallest things are often overlooked, some may not measure up on the gratitude list or never come to mind but most often it's those small things in life that do matter the most. Take gas prices for instant, remember how we all panicked when it got close to $4.00 a gallon, we were ranting and raving right? Well, it never got to $4.00 a gallon here, came close and was high enough but were we grateful that is was under $4.00? I did try but when you drive a SUV that only gets 15-18 mpg you do panic a little. But I always knew it would come back down someday, so today when I put in my weekly $20 and got change back, I was very grateful indeed!

I want to thank everyone who has chosen to join me in my month of thanks and I encourage everyone to check out the others who are confirmed in sharing their daily moments, here's the list so far, all blogs are listed under my favorites:
Laura of Harvest Lane
Tomatoe Creek Prims
Harbor Hon
Cates Linens
Cranberry Crossings
For you ladies and whoever else may want to join in, here's our button for the moments of thanks, I'll be displaying it each day with my gratitude moment. Along with falling gas prices, today I find myself again thanking nature for a awesome fall day, suspose to be 75 today when it could easily be the other way round, so that is a blessing. Look for the small things in life that deserve to be recognized, you will find yourself so blessed!

    Hi Sue
We saw 197.9 at Marshfield, when we driving down to Branson, last week. I took a photo and posted it at the Back Porch. We filled up at Ozark, on the way back, at 199.9.

Casey's always seems to have the best prices up here, in our neck of the woods.

  3. Your so lucky to have the gas at that price. It was $4.79 here at its higest and now its $2.89, amazing what happens when people deside not to drive. I am thinking of giving up the blog. I dont have many people looking at it anymore. Have a nice week. Love the pictures.

  4. Hi Sue,
I`ll put your Gratitude button on my blog.

I had a problem trying to follow somebodys blog yesterday. No link where the link should be. I went back a time or two and the link was finally there. It comes and goes. Frustrating. But thanks anyway!
