Giving Thanks & Pie

My sister over at Alpicks Treasures tagged me to post 10 things I'm thankful for this year, a easy task, so here goes: (in no special order)
1. My family (so proud of the kids and grandkids)
2. My happy home (it all starts here)
3. Friends, old and new ( and that goes for bloggers too)
4. My loving hubby (who puts up with me)
5. Staying well (prevention is the cure)
6. My cleaning service, still strong after 13 yrs.(that's alot of toilets)
7. My faith, and how it grows deeper each year. (God guides me)
8. The time to do the things I love and enjoy ( crafting, gardening, writing, cooking)
9. The wonders of the world ( even fall leaves are amazing)
10. Coffee and chocolate ( need I say more)

I won't bother to tag anyone, but I hope you will take this and share your list with us too, we all have so much to be thankful for! And since it's Thanksgiving, I'm sharing a new find with you, pudding! My clan loves pie and I found a new favorite that is just too easy, but is only out for a limtied time, in fact, I can't find anymore. Good thing I have a couple of boxed tucked away in the pantry for Thanksgiving. Just add milk and pour into a pie crust, refridgerate. The first one was a hit, this time I'm going to play around with it and see if I can make a pumpkin cheesecake with a box? But I'll have a regular pie for backup! If your looking for a new twist on pumpkin pie, try this pudding version, it's lighter and a bit sweeter but not overly done. Happy Thanksgiving to you all! I'm so thankful to apart of this blogging world!
