Grand Love

It's usually only at Christmas time do we get all the grand kids together, but we were treated to a short but sweet visit from our Kentucky kids so I had to get a fall shot of all 5 of them in front of my shabby shed! Look at little Miss Ellie who turned one last month and is doing so well, she's gonna be petite but she's come a long way! Nothing can compare to the love of a grandchild, so young mothers, when your world seems like it's doomed, and the kids aren't behaving, just hang on!! Before you know it, you will be a grandma and all is right in the world!!!  They don't call them GRANDchildren for nothing! God must really love me........

  1. You are so right. Grands make it all worthwhile during the years we were trying to raise their parents.

  2. How wonderful and such a special treat to see them and get a picture of them all. I love being a grandma! But I believe this generation needs support from us older gals, because when your in the thick of it, it seems overwhelming.
