Pumpkins & Mums

Since the popular fall scent seems to be pumpkin so far, I've created a little button for you to copy and place on your blog if you'd like, to celebrate my first annual fall fun week!

I even bought some pumpkin colored mums today for the front porch, mums to me just shout fall's arrival. They have to be one of my favorite flowers, I'm planting a bed of them by the deck. I hope you have been enjoying this week with me, it's not over yet, I'm gonna try to post over the weekend too. And again, since pumpkin is at #1 this far, I'm gonna share a neat little recipe or secret I should say with you. You know how every year the coffee creamer companies come out with fancy flavors, well this country girl can't wait any longer, I made my own! How easy too, just take a container of your favorite powdered creamer, to this add as much as you like of pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. This is really to taste, since you may not like it as strong as I do. I even divided it up and gave some away to friends who share my love of coffee. It's also ALOT cheaper than the store bought version and you can personalize it any way you like. Don't forget to get signed up for the giveaway and spread the word, you still have 4 days left. This love affair with the fall season will become a yearly event here, thanks to you all!
