The Recipe Swap Box
It's the first Thursday of the month and that means it's time for Recipe Swap Box thanks to I Have to Say. Since my recipes are packed I'm sharing the easiest recipe around for peanut butter cookies, so easy you can remember the recipe! These are REALLY good, quick and chewy if you get to them while still warm, yummy! So, enjoy May Day with some home baked goodies while you blog away!
Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 lg. egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients well and form into a ball, place on greased baking sheet, flatten with fork and sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 325 for about 13 min. Enjoy!
