Old Blue Measures up!

                I'm on a crusade to get these limited edition, blue ball jars in the hands of all my favorite cooks, especially after I've seen them on a few of my favorite cooking shows used as measuring cups, I had to inspect one up close for my self, and sure enough, they can be used as measuring cups!! Printed on both sides are the measurements, it just made my day!!
   Now, all I can think about are the endless possibities of using these as gifts for Christmas, which also put me in a panic, since they are limited and a collectors edition. But all my girls will be getting one with goodies tucked inside paired with a recipe or maybe a blue apron to match! I'm a sucker for jars/bottles but blue and vintage just sends me over the moon and now they will keep me company in the kitchen as a handy and cute measuring cup! I just had to share, it's the small things....
