Oh, the power of Pinterest, it never fails! I found this pink brownie recipe there and thought of my grand-daughter, Chloe, my brownie lover, so I made a batch and oh my! They are a keeper! So easy, so moist and SO good! I'll be making a double batch this week, with sprinkles on top for my grandkids as a Valentine treat! Gotta love a pink brownie!
Strawberry Brownies
Mix strawberry cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 c. oil, spread in 9x13 pan (dough will be thick) and bake at 350 for 14 minutes. For glaze, mix 1 c. Powdered sugar with 1 1/2 tablespoons milk or water. Pour over warm brownies. Enjoy!
looks good...I think I would like the strawberry frosting over a chocolate brownie....fresh from the oven YUM.
