Ho Ho Ho!
Don't hate me for this reminder, but I'm grasping for straws here trying to beat the heat anyway I can!!! This also serves as a reminder for those girls who are doing my Christmas in July swap, ship date is July 31 unless you've made other arrangements.
Yet another 100+ day here in the Ozarks, and I'm getting worried! My neighbors well went dry a couple of weeks ago, ponds are drying up, gardens are toasting and animals are roasting, this is unreal!! No rain in weeks just makes this summer the worst! I'm not a big fan of winter but I do miss the snow when we don't get any, and hopefully it will be cooler by then? lol I'm trying to stay positive but my spirit is drying up along with everything else, I've got to hang on till fall....if we even have one! Ho Ho it's HOTTTTT!!!

We are trying to stay cool here in Central WI. Just looked at my garden and it needs water in the morning. My temp right now is 101.4 the last three weeks have been mostly in the upper 90's and up to 109. To hot for our area! Like you hanging on until fall. Have a great evening.
ReplyDeleteHere in Michigan our trees are losing leaves. :( I look forward to fall and your reminder of how close Christmas is...:)
ReplyDeleteI didn't even think about my well going dry! Yikes!
ReplyDeleteI am praying in the rain. Will you join me?
Hey there lady!! I am back in bloggy world!! The weather has been hot here also, but not for quite so long. Take care my friend!\
ReplyDeleteI am very excited about Christmas this year...we are traveling to the States for 12 weeks and spending Christmas somewhere over there. Not sure where we will be but where ever it is will be exciting. Hugs Khris
ReplyDeleteOur weather is hot too. Not much from the monsoon this year. There were flash floods a week ago on the Res and Skywalk, on Rte. 66 and in Kingman. Our wells are okay. I believe the lake level is better than last year because of snow melt. The yard is brown and it`s too hot for the tomatoes to flower. I hope in the fall that will change. Ready for winter!
